Mail-a-thon Veteran

I can't believe it.

The last challenge grant solicitation letter went in the mail today. The great fold-n-stuff-athon is over. Heck, I should have collected pledges. We could have made even more money!

Forget marathons and Walks for ______ (insert cause) - how about a mail-a-thon. I vow to stuff envelopes for two weeks straight. Hell yeah, that's action worth supporting (it certainly is practical).

I didn't think I would make it. I thought I'd end up slicing my wrist with a letter (the mother of all paper cuts). On Thursday (so close to the finish line!) I almost snapped. I got home and collapsed. I may have even cried (you can't prove it!). But Jon swooped in - Super Boyfriend himself - and with his help, and aided by cheese pizza from Planet Pizza - I have made a full recovery.

I am a survivor.

OK, money, roll on in!

1,500+ envelopes has to yield something.
