No matter how great a concert is, the pictures always suck - at least when I take them. Perhaps the chick standing in front of me who held up her camera for about 2 hours straight (until her batteries died - ha ha) got some decent photos. I however got mostly blurry pics, or pics with a girl's head and a camera featured prominately in the middle.
Ah well.
Sondre Lerche was fabulous. As was Willy Mason. I highly recommend both. They're different, so I can't say which is better. That wouldn't be fair. But while Sondre is fun Euro-pop (by which I mean better than American pop crap) Willy Mason is more folk/country/rock 19 year old 21st century Johnny Cash/Willie Nelson.
Then, just to top things off, the whole evening began witha Norweigan Bob Dylan one-man act. Accept he was pretty cute, and his English was easier to understand. His name is Thomas Dybdahl (because he's Norweigan and somebody's name needs to be difficult to pronounce!) He even recently won a Norweigan grammy. Cool beans.
